That mayor totally stole the idea of rebuilding the city out of chocoalte from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Didn't he watch the whole scene? That nice Indian prince and his beautiful wife had their house melt down around them.
If he thinks that will work in real life, he shouldn't be mayor. And I really don't see what his poor ideas on civil engineering have to to with racism. Did I miss something?
