  I am just asking because you appear to be insinuating that money moving in is a bad thing for a poor population. I happen to think that is the way it can turn around by offering better paying jobs and better futures. If you wish that it should remain the way it was that would indicate that you would rather see poverty and struggle with no hope for the future.
