Look, New Orleans IS a black city. And I don't mean that racially, I mean it culturally. New Orleans was the ONLY place in the United States before the Civil War that blacks had any sort of power..heck a voodoo priestess ran the city unofficially for many years.
The debt this country owes culturally to New Orleans is immense. New Orleans is the US version of Bahia in Brazil - one of the only sort of free black cities in an otherwise slave country.
I want New Orleans back and I want it chocalate, and if you think that was "racial" how about continuing with the plan and just raze the city to the ground and build gated communities and Walmarts?
Read a book for crying out loud...
