boys, i tell you, this herbal tincture that my ayurvedic therapist gave me when i was home is really the bee's knees. i feel much better today.
some of that might also be down to the meditation mp3 that toulouz sent. cheers, toulouz, if you're reading today!
still a bit woozy and losing my depth of field a lot, but much better.
