just say hi,
if she says hi
tell her you like her hair or some other compliment (girls love that, yep, alllllll of them)
then
make her laugh as much as possible.
if she doesn't say hi, say hi louder, maybe she didn't hear you or she's deaf or maybe just shy. shy girls are crrrrrrrrrazy in bed though!
