im teaching in japan right now. I have a bunch of friends that work for that company. all the stuff vector said and all the rumors you hear are true. you work weekends and holidays... even xmas. they dont care about you. thousands of people like you walk through their doors every year. just like any huge company, alot of the internal policies suck and the bottom line is making loot. working for them is compared to working for a mcdonalds... it aint quality students go for, its the convenience. but on the other hand, the work is super easy, hours are somewhat flexible, and you never have to bring any work home. some of my friends actually enjoy working weekends to avoid the insane crowds. as for korea... i traveled there and think japan is much better. alot more english speakers, more job opportunities, more stuff to do, and most importantly the percentage of attractive women... much higher!
