Nova has a bad reputation among foreigners and locals (japanese)
I had a couple of japanese friends working at Nova in Tokyo and they always suggested me to go over there and try teaching something but not with Nova coz they don't treat their foreign workers very well. They don't pay as well as other companies and the hours suck. Pretty much you have less freedom and they see their teachers as recyclabe.
They have also told me that they have a lot of internal problems, including economical problems.If I ever do decide to try teaching there I would do it with another company coz my friends said that most companies would be better than Nova.
