I think it'll be a minority government, because the country is pretty torn between the Conservatives and the Liberals.
There's no way the Bloc Québécois, NDP or the Green will win, but they are getting more votes each election time (well, maybe not the Bloc). So people who don't know who to vote for tend to vote for one of them.
Anyway, if there's another minority government that means that issues are most likely not going to get resolved quickly and another election will have to take place in a few years.
