you have to delete the other dreamweaver folders. i've got a legal version + it happened to me. search you hd for 'Dreamweaver' and delete or change the name of the 'Dreamweaver ' folders in your other folders ie users, preferences etc. and then delete the folder in your aps folder, reinstall. it will work then.
