bastardization is everywhere anyway... most criminal defense lawyers could give a crap about ambulance chasers, mainly cause it's not their competition.
tons of the templates on any of their sites tailor the designs to things like (oddly enough), design portfolio sites. why would a company who needs a site, be looking on there for crap like that? all of my clients generally need something very specific from their site and none of these templates would fit the criteria anyway.
