i remember gorbie making clinton almost piss his pants he had him laughing so hard being silly.
or the time regan announced in a press confernece (with russia) 'today, the united states has *laughing* outlawed russia' and everyone laughed.
didn't know they had to be in politics mode 24/7.
guess they aren't human.
