its not just the baby it effects. it society it effect.
the harm that does to society comes from that man laying his penis on the babys lips.
the lines he has crossed all have dangerous effects/possible consquences on society.
furthermore, because someone is not able to understand they have been violated does not mean they have not been.
do you agree with date rape then? surely that, in the same way is harmless?
