Hopefully you understand where I am coming from with this:
These scum are not criminals.
They are mentally disturbed. they have a mental, and therefore medical problem. They shouldn't be just locked up in prison and left to rot as the moment they get out they will not have changed in any way. The need to be locked up in a secure hospital and experimented on to find out what drives them to this and how it can be treated.Yes they are vile creeps but they are not criminals, in the penal sense.
It really does piss me off when rapists, pedos etc get chucked in prison as this will not do anything to them, except maybe teach them how not to get caught next time.
They are ill so should be treated.
