I sent mine in months ago and haven't heard a thing. I finally broke down and bought a nano last week and I asked the apple store if they've heard anything and they looked at me like I was speaking a different language. I think it's a cover up and we're never going to get our $50 bucks and they know we'll still be loyal customers.
