export your page as legacy EPS (illy 3 EPS) from CS2.
Then open it in AI8 - then draw a box around your tallest letter, normally the lowercase j. then copy and paste into fontographer.
Do the same with all the other characters moving the box over each letter. the box keeps the letters at a constant size.
