  yeap your right, I have not used flash much, or lt least the spripting part of it. Ill look on the net for more information. thanx

  I didn't mean it as a dig, more that there are manny ways to skin a cat in flash..and if you're new and not that knowlegable on scripting, then the two from movieClip technique suggested by Timson and myself will work fine.
