no it means the tracks started playing at normal speed immediately after you pressed the big start button... he used to love demonstrating this fact to me, "here, listen, see? now listen again... see? did you hear that? there's no lag... no no , listen, here put the headphones on - see, they're like full speed straight away, your ordinary Technics can't do that..."
