you need to reset the tablet mapping in the wacom settings.
now that your monitor is 'double wide' you need to have the mapping scaled accordingly.
for example if your mapping was exactly the tablet area for one monitor, you will now need to change the vertical by half so that the horizontal will still be full tablet width
