I've been using rack effects for so long =- but I sold all mine off, got a nice Line6 amp recently and rebought a few pedals - the MXR Phase 90, an auto wah and the digitech whammy..and I use an Ibanez electric - one of the higher end RG model series, a cheap OLP as a vackup and have an Ovation acoustic..mostly play hard rock/metal stuff...
