    Part of the company I work for is an epson express centre. Basically if its broken but still under warranty it gets brought here and we fix it. But if we cant fix it then the customer gets given a refurbished model. Imagine if your printer is only a month old and you get a refurbished one back. Bollocks to that.. Epsons policy sucks. Not too many R220s returned though.
