not what you want to hear but it totally depends on what they want and what you're going to put into it. stock logo on top centered layout or detailed diecut double sided card with folds?
do they have a decent logo to work with? a corp ID already in place? how many employees do they need you to set up?
you really gotta just workout a price based on hours.
size of the company and scope of their work should determine the rate.
