When a special talent like Reggie Bush comes around you draft him. Yes, I agree with everybody who said they need a major upgrade on their O-line, but generally those typses of players can be found later in the draft, or through free agency, especially if your personnel department has scouted wisely.

Last year the Dolphins had the number 2 pick, and decided to hold onto it and take Ronnie Brown. He didn't dominate the league by any means, but he was the right pick, and coupled with Ricky Williams, made for a nice two-headed rushing attack. He also will be a 1,000 yard runner next year if he stays healthy. Nick Saban, the Dolphins coach, then hired an offensive line guru as an assistant, and drafted wisely with the remaining picks, especially in the mid to later rounds. They went from a 2-14 record to 9-7, and won their last 6 games to close the season.

If the Texans have 4 picks in the top 50, they can find lots of line help later on, and still take the most exciting NCAA player I've seen since Barry Sanders.
