pull ups as in chin ups? (the one with the bar) I can only do 5 of those on my last count. Used to do 14... now I'm veering on overweight and use my pelvic muscles more than my biceps.
For every work day I must do 40 per day (20 start, 20 end day)
add 5 a week if i'm up to it. ~: D
