    Well, apparently my friend is using them all the time and they *can* be prescribed by a doctor so I doubt my life was in jeopardy, but yeah - on any other day eating pills you don't know what they are would be stupid.

    Not been eating, not been exercising at all and been real stressed out lately too but I have a vacation scheduled in late feb. Thanks for the tips.
