keep in mind, these are WARRENTLESS wiretaps. There is no judicial oversight, no transparency...nothing. the path to getting a warrent is extremely easy...so it really does make you wonder who they're spying on.
but i think it's important that there are no public, specific, examples of this sort of domestic spying being an effective anti-terror measure.
