in-house kicks ass IMO

(Dec 22 05, 10:25)ha! i've worked with very creative in-house people. the difference i've found is that although there are still ego issues, those are much more prominent in studio-type environment.
i personally am sick of working with designers who design for themselves and not the brand, client or company.
