i declared 2005 "The year of Grant's good health"
i could try that again.
I've actually got a couple of things planned but not really resolutions. I will attempt to quit smoking again. I got a prescription to Zyban that I will beging taking on Jan 3rd (significant date for me). I also plan on losing some weight and getting into better shape. For motivation I have set up a little contest with my best friend (who also wants to get in shape). Who ever loses the least amount of weight in the specified time has to go to the winners house for a weekend (we live 4 hours away from each other) and sing George Michaels' "Careless Whisper" in front of our wives (and of course the winner) while wearing a white turtleneck sweater.
