for you in-house folk who think it's great, do you worry about losing your edge? I think it's harder because you tend to be around people who don't get the value of great design, you're working two jobs to try to do good work, and yeah.
At least in a studio you (hopefully) are always pushed to be great...and have (hopefully) some mentors or other inspiration.
