Name one positive thing about the canadian administration that the world even cared enough to look at.

First, if you read all of the thread me requesting that from Jazx was in direct response to him making the claim that the US HAD done all these great things.
Second, it may not make the Canadian administration movie stars but they:
1) ratified the kyoto accord
2) made the decision to follow international law and stay out of the iraq war
