i once had a client who used to touch my monitor. So i made sure that when we took breaks to refresh our coffee/tea, he would see me clean my monitor first thing, every time. Finally one day he asks if i would like him to stop touching the monitor and I said that would great. I kid you not, the next time he wanted to point something out, HE USED HIS PEN AND DREW ON MY MONITOR. Screw politeness i immediately got cleaning supplies and started cleaning my monitor and he, incredulously, said,"is that bad, too? at least it's not my fingers, right?" and I had to tell him that finger oil is much easier to clean that ink.
