I don't think you can use itunes to transfer mp3s to Zen Creative mp3 player.
I just use the soft that came with it which is pretty easy to use.
I can also transfer files into the player just like I do with a usb drive, so it might also be possible to do the same with mp3s.BTW got the 20 gig Zen extra last Xmas and it has worked very well.
