dunno about the itunes question. if you are rippign them as a mp3 then they should be transferrable - maybe not the playlists.
ive got one of the Creative Muvo2's and i love it.
Before i bought it id been reading reviews comparing it to the ipod 4gig. the conclusion was that it was cheaper and had better sound quality than the ipod and that the battery lasted shitloads longer.
