i dont use any special tool
simply, you first put together a profile.
see what she would like and where she would go.
after that you start tracking her movement on the internet.
it would be hard since she lives with her parents so u cant simply do a background check.
everyone leave digital trail behind. all you need to do is find the trail and keep following
