try something you like to do that you generally don't have time for. make some time for it. for me it's generally reading. i like to read but almost never get the time to do it.
so during the days/nights when i don't want to face the world, i try to read books that i have but never got around to reading. for for a little while it takes me away from my life and into someone else's imagination.
