was hanigng out w/ friends one night in a parking lot next to a 4-way light. All of a sudden, a car passes through with a man on the front hood, holding on to the windshield wipers for dear life and yelling at the woman driving. She carried him through the light and pulled in at the police station, which was about two buldings away, where she promptly laid on the horn...
We watched in stunned silence...
