You can go there with your tourist visa and try find a job as freelancer or work for small companies. I have a friend that already did that, he went california to work with internet for some months, when he visa expired he got back home. Another friend of mine went there to study and worked there for 2 years (student visa make you able to do that, but you need to go to a english scholl).
