cali or italy?
if italy i dunno.
if cali there is hotel california at the corner of ocean and pacific in santa monica further north. last time i was there, george clinton and the parliament, funkadelic were staying on the entire top level.
there's also a hostel in south venice on lincoln down past ralphs near kinkos.
