I dont understand the whole "environment" issue sorry people.
Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and Winamp are my "environment" and as such I would prefer the system which runs those the fastest...and allows me to be as productive as humanly possible for both my projects and client projects.
Just my 2 cents.
