i don't know about the first revision, but the 2nd (first speed bump) and 3rd (iSight model) have the buzzing problem with the 20 inchers. we just got a model at my office to play around with and i couldn't stop playing with the front row feature. I love how the remote control can magnetically attach to the side of the monitor.
