i have a couple of friends who have them and they both love them. the problem with the 20 inch model is something to do with the power supply. specifically, when the fan speeds up you can hear a buzzing sound caused by the power supply, but those are easily replaced by an apple authorized repair shop.
other than that small problem, the iMac is a sick computer. one of those friends has a 2.4ghz pentium 4 and says his 1.8ghz imac is faster.
