I use both, and yes I prefer windows XP. I built my own amd system, it smokes all Macs at work, plus it's about half the price of the best mac. OS is preference.
I'm not trying to bash macs, just as of late, I've had to use them too much.
If you gonna buy a mac buy the fastest one.
