the death penalty is awful, but it is the law of America, I don't see how picking and choosing who can be backed for clemency and ignoring the hundreds of others who probably have more right to our hope and protections is a solution.
If Americans don't like the death penalty, they should change it for everyone, not one guy.
Thankfully I live in Canada, and don't have to think about it all that much.
