i can't imagine this is impossible in flash (MX)...
the javascript in this site is running slow if you don't have a mac G4 with 2 x 1.25 GHz processors...
viewed on a pc it works ok, but it is a site for a printing-office, and a lot of their customers are using (i)macs.
