awesome for kiosks, projection interaction, shitty for the web.
the shockwave player is pretty touchy and it takes a butt-load of work to make director act as any sort of middle-ware esque thing to go between front end and whatever db you would use.
sick app though that is very powerful. ¡Viva Lingo! : )
