i understand your pain, but in different ways. My suggestion, consider the type of weather you like, make a list of places that might intreuge you, and then start reasearching them. Jobs, living conditions, etc. Then, using Tampa as a base, start exploring, take some trips to the places for a week, set up interviews, and other stuff. That way you can get the right idea of what can work for you. Worst thing to would to move someplace else on some strangers suggestion only to find yourself in the same situation.
