this one lady was bitching to her friend about how long it was taking to get her coffee. complaining and complaining so loud. when her drink was ready she made a big stink about it all and started bitching at the crew (staffed with more people than usual and each one super busy). I finally asked,"Does it not look like they are working to you? Is any of them just standing around?" then this other lady, in a motorcycle jacket, tough-looking and with a mullet (i'll let you draw your own conclusions) said,"Yeah, i was getting sick of your bitching, too."
the complaining lady left in a huff.
