The person shot was B.A. Baracus after Hannibal, Face and Murdock tricked him onto the plane. After finding out he was on it, he started going ape shit and used his Star of David charm to incapcitate a crying baby.
Afterwards the Marshall told him he was going to fire upon him unless he calmed down.
B.A. then demanded Milk. Unfortunately for everyone the plan they gave him Skim as opposed to 2% which sent him so far over the edge there was no coming back.
The Marshall then fired his weapon to 'maim' not 'kill' but forgot who he was dealing with.
After being shot in the left thigh B.A. used his left leg to kick a whole big enough for the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade to waltz through on the side of the ship and jumped in the van (which happened to be on the right wing of the plane) and took off.
He was last heard muttering, "I HATE PLANES!"
