Yea, it was 26* on the way to class this morning at 9am...windy too, glad I got my black "terrorist" 1/2 face mask - walked out niceeee and warm.
Oh and the area around U Penn is University City - preppy shithole if you ask me :D (although the bridge is a quality theatre)
