hey, also try a differnet approach to the navbar. I was looking over your portfolio, and you (company) use the same nav layouts for all the sites listed.
Tried and true eventually leads to perdictability. Depending on the projects parameters, try to slip in some experemental stuff, if you can.
After working with departments at Cal Berkeley, I know how they can be sort of stifling with all their back and forth debates and narrowmindedness. You might need to present a few different mock ups to get it passed.
