same thing happeened to me... kinda.... my friend got me a job and i was working in the design dept, then he had them transfer me to the coding (he was in charge) and he trained me. we both worked for a while, then he got real lazy and would not work, so i was doing all the work. long story short, they found out and canned him. but i did not tell him cause he is the sort who would retaliate and delete the database or soemthing. i have not spoken to him since it happened... :|
